We can not accept refunds of Sales items you send back.  

If you do want to try a sales item to be sure of the fit, you can come to our physical shops, and you have time until the next 2 days to return the sales item back with your receipt ticket. For online purchases we can not do this because of the simple reason the sales items will not be back in time with us to give our costumers an honest chance to buy this piece with a nice reduction during the official Belgian Sales period.
